How are your chickens raised?

Our chickens are always raised humanely and respectfully, and given access to plenty of natural sunlight and space to roam about. They are never treated with growth hormones or antibiotics, so they can grow at natural rates and lead happy, healthy lifestyles.

What kind of casings do Bilinski's sausages have?

Our sausages have NO CASING– so there is no pork or lamb casing to remove!

How do I know if my sausage is still good to eat?

The expiration date will be stamped on the back of the packaging film, along with the product lot number. Our sausages are perishable, so it’s best to use them by the expiration date. Be sure to always keep Bilinski’s refrigerated or frozen.

Are Bilinski's products gluten-free?

Yes! ALL of our products are gluten-free, and wheat-free.

Why should I choose antibiotic-free?

At Bilinski’s, all of the chickens used in our Natural and Organic sausages are always raised without antibiotics. Why? The vast majority of antibiotics administered to chickens are given as growth promoters, to help them grow larger, faster, sometimes in crowded and unhealthy conditions. Overuse of antibiotics can lead to the rise of antibiotic resistant “super-bugs” and an increase in antibiotic resistance in humans due to overuse in the food supply.

In addition to being antibiotic-free, our Organic Bilinski’s flavors are Certified Organic by the USDA. Certified Organic foods are grown and processed according to federal guidelines addressing soil quality, animal raising practices, pest and weed control, and use of additives. Does Your Facility Contain Any Peanuts or Tree Nuts?

Our facility is 100% peanut and tree nut free, so there is zero chance of cross-contamination!

Why do you say "skinless chicken" on your chicken sausage ingredients?

The USDA allows products to be labeled “chicken” even when they contain up to 20% chicken skins as filler. We don’t use any chicken skins in our sausages, just lean chicken meat. This makes Bilinski’s sausages very low in fat.

Can I freeze Bilinski's sausages?

Yes! You can freeze our sausages. For best results, move the sausages from the freezer to the refrigerator to thaw a day before you are ready to use them. Once frozen they’re best consumed within 1-2 months of freezing but are safe to eat up to 6 months frozen.

Where are Bilinski's Sausages made?

All of our chicken sausages are processed in our only manufacturing facility in Cohoes, NY. This helps to minimize the environmental impact often associated with national transportation and large factories.

What do I do if my favorite grocery store doesn’t carry Bilinski’s?

If you don’t see Bilinski’s at your favorite grocery store, you can request to speak to the store’s meat manager and ask them to order it! Unsure of next steps? We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team at 877.873.9102.

How should I cook Bilinski’s?

Since Bilinski’s are fully cooked there is no “wrong” way to prepare your chicken sausage. You can cook Bilinski’s quickly and easily on your stove-top skillet, the grill, or even using your air-fryer! Learn more about the best way to enjoy your Bilinski’s.

Are Bilinski's chicken sausages Whole30 Approved?

Who should I call if I experienced an issue with my product?

If you are dissatisfied with the taste or texture of your product please contact us directly! Simply click Here to contact us or click “Contact Us” in the top right of your screen. We may also ask you to please directly contact the store at which you purchased the product if you notice issues with the integrity of the package or with the sausages immediately upon opening.


How long are the sausages good for after opening the package?

We suggest eating them within three days of opening the package. You can freeze them if you know you won’t finish them within the three day time frame!


Do you have animal welfare requirements?

We are proud to be certified with the Global Animal Partnership, a non-profit alliance of producers, retailers, animal advocates and scientists dedicated to improving the welfare of animals. All of our organic chickens are raised to step three standards or higher. 


Do your sausages contain MSG (monosodium glutamate)?

Our products do NOT contain MSG. We take pride in only using real, clean ingredients that you can always pronounce. 


Do you have products made with no preservatives?

All of our products are made with no preservatives! 


I have sensitivity to particular ingredients. How can I find the ingredients in your sausages?

After clicking on the given flavor of sausage located in the product section of our website, all of the ingredients are listed there. They can be found using this link. 


What makes Bilinski's different from other brands of sausages?

We are continuously striving to make better food for a better world. Since 1929, we have been in the meat industry with a variety of products but in later years we decided to perfect our craft and only focus on chicken sausages. This has allowed us to create sausages that are low in fat and high in protein all while being environmentally conscious.  Our sausages are made with chicken product which means we have zero pork, casings, etc. in our sausages! We also are proudly female owned and operated.
