These personal tortilla pizzas are perfect for a chilly night in and can be easily customized with your favorite toppings!
- 1 package Spicy Italian Bilinski’s Chicken Sausage, sliced
- 1 package almond flour tortillas
- Tomato basil sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Sprinkle of arugula
- Shredded goat cheese
- Italian seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In a skillet, sauté bell pepper, onion, Bilinski’s chicken sausage, and sun dried tomatoes on medium heat until vegetables begin to soften and Bilinski’s brown.
3. Assemble desired toppings on individual tortillas and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until edges have begun to crisp and cheese melts.
